If you have OUT OF PRINT items you need, ORDER FROM US!
We will source for the cheapest deal in town!
The steps are simple!

Placing a request:
1. E-mail us at chimitsu.kaga@gmail.com
2. Subject title as "OUT OF PRINT Request - [Item name]
3. In the email, please include the following details:

• the title of the item(s) you are looking for
• the place of origin (e.g. Japan, USA, London)
• the website you saw it at (if there is one)
• a picture of the item(s) - This is important, so that we can confirm if we have found the right item
• price range of the item(s) - the range you are willing to pay EXCLUDING shipping
• YOUR Name, email, COUNTRY of residence and POSTAL CODE

4. Wait for our acknowledgement - "Out Of Print No. xxxxxx request received"

Updating you:
1. Please give us 1 week to find your item(s) - if it is still in print
2. We will update you on whether we have found your item(s) after 1 week
3. If your item(s) is found:

• we will send you an email to inform you - subject title "Out Of Print No. xxxxxx FOUND"
• details of prices will be converted to YOUR COUNTRY currency (excluding shipping price)
• YOU HAVE TO REPLY IF YOU WANT THE ITEM(S) - subject title "Out Of Print No. xxxxxx YES/NO" - please include payment method for YES.

Placing the Order:
If your answer is "you do not want the item(s)" - Case closed - an official email "Out Of Print No. xxxxxx Declined"
If your answer is "you want the item(s)" - please follow the following steps:

1. An official email from kaga.chimistsu@gmail.com will be sent to you with the subject title "Out Of Print No. xxxxxx Confirmed"
2. Payment to be made within 48 hrs of Confirmation email - so that we can process and purchase your items as soon as possible - please send the transaction no. to us for verifcation.
3. As soon as the purchase(s) have been made , an email will be sent to you for notification "Out Of Print No. xxxxxx Purchased and Processed"

Upon arrival of your item(s):
1. An email will be sent to you notifying you that your item(s) have arrived - subject title "Out Of Print No. xxxxxx Arrival of Order"
2. You are expected make the remaining 15% of the payment + shipping fees - send us the transaction no. to us for verification.
3. Upon receipt of the payment, we will send acknowledge with an email - subject title "Out Of Print No. xxxxxx Ready for Shipment"
4. You will receive an email within 48 hrs of shipment - subject title "Out Of Print No. xxxxxx Shipped" - we will provide you the tracking no.

You will be receiving your package in no time!

Please note:
The deposit is 85% to ensure that you will collect the item(s)
Item(s) above S$500 will need you to make the full payment

In the event that the item is no longer available, we will REFUND 100% to you
However, IF you cancel the order after the "PROCESSED and PURCHASED" E-MAIL is sent, your deposit will be forfeited.

We are pleased to let our customers know that we have introduced our loyalty card (KYLC). Customers can now purchase items and get rewarded.

KYLC enables the customer to collect stamps issued by us. All you need is to spend US$50 to get started!

Every US$50 spent, entitles you to 1 stamp.
Every 6 stamps collected, you get a US$5 voucher
Every 12 stamps collected, you get a US$10 voucher

For OUR convenience, please QUOTE your KYLC # to us via email!
All KYLC is valid for 6 months only.
You will be tracked according to your PayPal address.
