Kaga-Ya's Loyalty Card is here!!!

We are pleased to let our customers know that we have introduced our loyalty card (KYLC). Customers can now purchase items and get rewarded.

KYLC enables the customer to collect stamps issued by us. All you need is to spend US$50 to get started!

Every US$50 spent, entitles you to 1 stamp.
Every 6 stamps collected, you get a US$5 voucher
Every 12 stamps collected, you get a US$10 voucher

For OUR convenience, please QUOTE your KYLC # to us via email!
All KYLC is valid for 6 months only.
You will be tracked according to your PayPal address.

Payment Method (Local - Singapore)

Items will be shipped once payment has been cleared/received.

Vouchers Terms & Conditions

1. Voucher can only be used one - Voucher # has to be quoted upon redemption.
2. Voucher can be used to gether with other vouchers from Kaga-Ya.
3. Strictly NO extention of expiry date
4. voucher can only be used once.
5. Voucher can be used to purchase items from Kaga-Ya's eBay store and Blog.
6. Voucher is NOT exchangeable for cash.
7. Voucher is transferable.
8. Voucher cannot be used to purchase vouchers from from Kaga-Ya's blog.
9. Voucher can be used in conjunction with other promotions.
10. Voucher cannot be used to pay as deposit(s) for pre-order item(s), BUT can be used to pay for the remainder of the pre-ordered item(s).
11. Voucher CANNOT be used after payment has been made. NO refund(s) will be given.
12. Voucher's T&C is subjected to change by Kaga-Ya.

Membership Cards Terms & Conditions

1.       The membership card is linked to your PayPal account (email and address) and your eBay ID (if you have one).

2.       The card is NON-transferable.

3.       To earn points, membership Nos. are to be provided before each transaction OR 48 hrs of the last transaction.

a.       For eBay transaction:

                                                   i.      Please quote your membership no. WHEN requesting for your invoice.

                                                  ii.      IF payment is made, email your PayPal transaction ID to kaga.chimitsu@gmail.com WITHIN 48 hrs of transaction – refund of the discount and shipping will be made in 3 working days/5 calendar days.

b.       For blog order:

                                                   i.      Please quote your membership no. WHEN placing your order via email.

                                                  ii.      IF payment for the deposit has been made, the discount will be calculated and deducted from the remaining payment.

                                                iii.      IF full payment has been made, a discount refund is possible; please email your PayPal transaction ID to kaga.chimitsu@gmail.com WITHIN 48 hrs of transaction – refund of the discount and shipping will be made in 3 working days/5 calendar days.

4.       This card is valid only for items sold in Kaga-Ya’s eBay store & Blog and entitles you to FREE shipping via normal registered mail WORLDWIDE.

5.       This card entitles you to discounts at Kaga-Ya’s eBay store & blog. Points can be exchanged for vouchers and gifts at http://kaga-ya.blogspot.com.

6.       Memberships are tracked via a system and LINKED to your PayPal email address and eBay User ID.

7.       The card is only valid for 1 year.

8.       Renewal 1 month before expiry will qualify for all points collected to be transferred to new card.

9.       Points will be invalid 48 hrs after expiry date.

10.   The card’s T&C is subjected to change by Kaga-Ya.

Loyalty Card Terms & Conditions

1.       For every US$50 spent, you get 1 stamp.

4.       For future purchase and stamp eligibility, QUOTE your Loyalty Card # (Located at the top right) and your stamps will be recorded by the system.

5.       When you are eligible to claim your voucher, a voucher will be sent to you (through your verified PayPal address) and voucher # will be emailed to your PayPal email address – please see voucher T&C for more information on voucher usage.
